Reduce their costs however you can and the money you are already spending will go farther. Reduce research costs and the price of drugs should come down. Minimize what can be won by lawsuits against doctors, hospitals & etc. and operating costs will come down. Do not cover politically popular electives like abortion, sex changes & condoms. |
