On June 26, 2015 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the denial of marriage licenses violated the Due Process and the Equal Protection clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution. The ruling made same sex marriage legal in all 50 U.S. States.
This notion that gay marriage is a violation against God is BULL **** !!! I self identify as a Republican, but on the issue of abortion and gay marriage, I am abortion and LGBT friendly. If the Republicans changed their views on social issues, then the Democratic Party will be the party of the past. This is a free country, and these issues must fall into that meaning.

Yes, sex is not binary. If you don't want to marry a person of the same gender you are, then don't. Religion is a male control mechanism...men are culturally conditioned to be oversexed and violent and consider women existing for to satisfy those appetites.
Yes, same-sex marriage in no way causes any literal harm to anybody, so I cannot in good will stand there and deny two people their true love like a strict parent not letting their child choose which flavor ice-cream that they would rather have, or forcing them to eat topings which they don't like on a hamburger.

Actually, what you have just stated is, or should be considered entirely untrue. There is a total (that I am aware of) of 7 texts in the bible that are often cited by Christians to condemn homosexuality. It is common people are unaware of this. Since the version of the bible most common is a translation from ancient Hebrew, that means intentional/accidental translation errors were made, a couple of ones being where it states homosexuality is a sin. Where it may have said that "Man shall not lay with man" It was mistakenly translated from the sentence "Man shall not lay with young boy.", referencing pedophilia, and not at all homosexuality. I hope that this made sense and that I didn't make any mistakes! (I apologize if I did, my knowledge of the bible/Christianity is not extensive).
Same sex attraction is a choice not an illness your not born to be gay that's up seen. The parents are responsible for the upbringing of there children and hands down same sex marriage is not right our genetics don't support reproduction that way.

What the LGBT community needs to do is get over themselves and stop playing victim. I know people who are victimized by the LGBT community on a daily basis. I doubt anybody gives a hoot if the guy across the street is doing the other guy. You have your own church and religion that approve of your same sex marriage so you the LGBT community should stop and try to force your views and homosexuality on people who do not agree.
