So what your saying is that your neither a boy nor a girl? Cool, but keep your TRANS-PHOBIC comments to yourself

@Jesse-NPeace and Freedom  from Florida disagreed…2yrs

Yes Yes, and the government should do more to protect minorities from discrimination

I disagree because everyone should there own person

@5R8YQXGGreenfrom California  answered…2yrs

yes, and the government should do more to protect minorities from discrimination. saying that someone's gender identity or sexuality is against your religious beliefs is ridiculous. It does not force you to be aother gender who love your own sex. people are just homophobic and do not want people to be who they want to be.

@6G5Q4T4Democratfrom Oklahoma  answered…2yrs

Yes, but must be on a 504 if using public facilities at a school

@9TLLJTCSocialist from Oregon disagreed…1yr

Yes Yes, and the government should do more to protect minorities from discrimination

I don't think people should need a 504 as a precondition to use the correct restroom. The segregation exists for social reasons. Forcing a hairy, muscular, transgender man to enter a woman's restroom against his will is an example of foolish government overreach.

@carsonshaw25Democratfrom Oklahoma  answered…2yrs

If you have a man's urinary system use the men's room. If you have a female's urinary system use the woman's room. Shouldn't matter about the "identification".

@9TMLDZ8Socialist from North Carolina commented…1yr

Yes, and the government should do more to protect minorities from discrimination

You are clearly very uneducated. Even if a trans man didn't fully "look like a man" it could give him really bad dysphoria.

also, as a non-binary person, literally no one has been able to find out my assigned sex at birth. how is anyone supposed to tell me what bathroom to use? probably because gender is a social construct and has nothing to do with what's in your pants. just because I have a certain set of chromosomes doesn't mean I can't use the family restroom and just because a trans woman may have xy chromosomes, doesn't mean she shouldn't use the women's restroom

@1019965Republican from Washington commented…3mos

No

Oh yeah for sure. I think that IQ is a social construct as well, along with height, age, and skin color. Yeah, I'm transrace, transheight, transage, and transintelligence, and Stupid transphobic idiots keep saying that I'm not a 7'5 Black man who is 24, with an IQ of 50000000000. It's so hard being me

@9TLLJTCSocialist from Oregon disagreed…1yr

Yes Yes, and the government should do more to protect minorities from discrimination

The segregation of bathrooms on the basis of gender or sex is not due to men and women having separate urinary systems. There are toilets in both bathrooms. Men and women both have bladders and a urethra. Some men don't have penises, and I'm not just talking about trans men. The segregation exists for social reasons. Forcing a hairy, muscular, transgender man to enter a woman's restroom against his will is an example of foolish government overreach.

@5R8LNCZGreenfrom Wisconsin  answered…2yrs

Yes, because the changes in our society should be reflected in the law

@5RHCXG5Democratfrom California  answered…2yrs

"Gender" is defined by the parts between your legs. Sexual Orientation and "feeling" like a different gender or entity is different. People shouldn't be discriminated against for anything that isn't hurting others or causing issues, however, the current state of people claiming different gender "feelings" is out of hand.

@5R87XBCGreenfrom Florida  answered…2yrs

Absolutely. They are in a high risk population for discrimination, bullying and hate crimes.

@5YLDJCVLibertarianfrom Illinois  answered…2yrs

No. We don't need to encourage the victim mentality and the sense of entitlement that goes with it. Being judged on the content of your character is most important. If you want to be a woman go ahead, leave the government out of it in general.

@PerkiLlamaPeace and Freedom from Florida answered…3mos

So dumb. I was born with hitler's genital organ, which is classified as male. Gender should be based on what genital organs one was born with.

I sexually Identify as a steel beam. Ever since 9/11 I dreamed of getting drawn closer and closer to my melting point by jet fuel under the Twin Tower letting them drop on disgusting foreigners. People say to me that a person being a steel beam is Impossible and I’m *** retarded but I don’t care, I’m beautiful. I’m having a plastic surgeon install steel beams and jet fuel on my body. From now on I want you guys to call me “Steel Beam” and respect my right to not melt by jet fuel and kill needlessly. If you can’t accept me you’re a "steeliphobe" and need to check your metallic privilege. Thank you for being so understanding.

Gender and sex are not the same thing. This issue is not well enough understood for government to act on it. Gender is psychological, sex is biological, gender shouldn't be treated like sex and sex shouldn't be treated like gender.

Gender identity should be added to the anti-discrimination laws but it should only exist to protect people. There are only 2 genders.

Transsexual people must be protected separately from transgenders and transvestites.

@B3YYS4TRepublican from Illinois answered…1mo

No, and neither should “sexual orientation”. Instead, let’s address gender dysphoria and homosexuality as mental health issues and provide funds for more research and care

@B3YGL2XWomen’s Equality from Maryland answered…1mo

There are only two genders but if people believe there are more they shouldn't be discriminated against

@B3WTQYLWorking Family from Florida answered…2mos

Not make it a law, but make it to where u can’t deny service or products to those who are transgender

@B3NVJP4Constitution from New York answered…2mos

Everyone is protected under the anti discrimination laws, this already exists. How one sees themselves does not change their protection

@B3MCDMFRepublican from Illinois answered…2mos

No, there are only two genders which are genetically not psychologically determined and we should address gender dysphoria as a mental health issue and provide funds for more research and care.

@B3LVD6KWomen’s Equality from Florida answered…2mos

@9PSY7MYVeteran from Iowa answered…2yrs

They should not be discriminated against and they should be added to these laws. An exception in this case does need to be made for religious beliefs though as many religions do not believe in these thoughts and do not accept these ideas so if this goes against the beliefs of a person of these religions then they should have the right to refuse service, so long as they are respectful about it. Someone else would 100% be willing to provide service as they would be getting money and beating their rivals.
