You don't get to decide whether a mental condition is "legitimate" or not. That being said, these should not be provided to non-mentally-disabled students just to shield them from opposing opinions and viewpoints. If you are familiar with the issue, and have first-hand experience with it, chances are you are correct and should not be worried about hearing people who disagree. They are likely wrong and ignorant in that case, and just making an ass of themselves publicly. |
