Here are your answers compared to this voter’s answers.
Healthcare › COVID Mask Mandate
8>8 Personal answerYes, but only indoors or crowded areas |
Social › Abortion
8>8 Personal answerI made my stance clear in a segment above. Rape and incest should be reported to authorities and then treated immediately through a physician who is paid by government to take those cases free of cost to the victim / victim's non abusing parent, contingent upon first reporting to the authorities. |
Domestic Policy › Gun Control
8>8 Personal answerYes, require strict background checks, psychological testing, and training |
Domestic Policy › Insurrection Act
8>8 Personal answerNo, unless the local police is losing control due to violence and looting, and they need backup. (that's not a protest, that is harming others physically, and destroying communities. And if after local police step in and cannot contain, Troops should be allowed to intervene in moments of domestic terrorism like this, but they should not be allowed to beat or shoot anyone, who is not beating or shooting at someone, respectfully. They can use tear gas, water hoses, and primarily shields.. But they only need to step in if police are overwhelmed by true violence, vandalism and looting..., and police only need to be on stand by, near by, incase a demonstration becomes violent or destructive. |
Social › Gender Identity
8>8 Personal answerWhen it comes to marriage, sex, or gender change, and à private entity facilitating anything under those lines, private entities or people within them should be able to deny services if it goes against their belief or conscience, and the people who want the service are free to go and find someone else who does not have a moral conflict providing them that service. However, if the denial of service The denial of service cannot be for dentistry, general Healthcare, selling or leasing a car from a rental car enterprise, or selling someone à house if that person / couple has the equivalent or better offer, and cannot be denied rental if the owner of the unit or property has more than 5 rental units or properties. If the owner owns / rents 5 or less units or properties, they have the right to dismiss rental application based on their own conscience. If the descrimimation involves deliberate public humiliation such as yelling or name calling, or expressions of "people like you, or your kind"... With witness from a third party not associated... Or witness from a video camera within the facility... Or if the denial of service is accompanied by violence or physical harm to the person requesting the service (except in the case where the person requesting the service chooses to use physical harm first, the the person within the entity chooses to defend themselves) Then those circumstances should be met with legal consequences. Any service centered around marriage (baking a cake, selling a dress, etc), sex, massage therapy, genital grooming, tattooing on or near genital areas, or gender change... The employees and owners within those entities Should be allowed to act within their own conscience and deny service (under the respectful terms) if they feel that providing the service would be directly facilitatating something they feel is wrong, related to marriage, sex, gender change, genital grooming, genital tattooing, or massage therapy. If they do respectfully deny the service, they must provide in |
Social › Religious Freedom Act
8>8 Personal answerYes, but owner must post sign stating that they exercise their constitutional right to deny service for/ to (explain reason), as well as provide paper or sign that lists 3 businesses nearby who will provide the same services despite the reason that they themselves won't provide the service. If there is violent or open humiliation involved in the denial of service backed up by third party witness or video, that will be taken to trial. Any entity who says that they have the right to deny service for any reason should have 24 hr cameras with audio, in multiple locations within/ around their facilities and vehicled, for the entity's employees protection, as well as the protection of those to whom they are denying service. |
Social › Transgender Athletes
8>8 Personal answerYes, but only if that agree to not claim discrimination if they lose... And if it is team sports, their averaging performance must be equivalent to that of the lowest averaging, most commonly utilized team member who has an equal job. |
Social › Planned Parenthood Funding
8>8 Personal answerNothing that supports abortions to any woman under thirty five years of age... And if 35 years or older, zygote cannot be older than 28 days of development. If older than 28 days, free, excellent medical care to someone not married can be given with an excellent adoption program. However... I am in favor of free, government subsidized std protection and testing at least most once per month, and free, subsidized contraceptives (Including condoms) with classes and tests proving the understanding to those males and females who want the free contraceptives... And they have to come in every three months and answer an honest questionnaire about type they have been effectively using them if they want to recieve more. Recreational sexual activity has been normalized with the popularity of pornography... And unless laws are taken against that industry to abolish it, then the consequences are more desire and experimentation with extramarital intercourse... Including minors, and, the government should be responsible in now mitigating some of the consequences of those actions...that's what they voted for by allowing it, and now they must pay attention to the consequences. |
the Economy › Minimum Wage
8>8 Personal answerWage can be progressive to how much revenue / net profit a company accrues. Or, minimum wage city dependent. If it costs __ amount of money to rent in a non - gang violence part of the city (rent in a nicer part) the minimum wage should allow someone to live in a safer néughborhood without taking more than 33% of their income. If crime is low and cost if living is not extreme on all fronts, Not necessary to have price floor on minimum wage. |
Domestic Policy › Armed Teachers
8>8 Personal answerNo, hire professionally trained security guards instead |
the Environment › Climate Change
8>8 Personal answerYes, and provide more incentives for alternative energy production |
Domestic Policy › Drug Policy
8>8 Personal answerMany, but not all drugs... Tax the heck out of one's sold and purchased... Require special permitting and special requirements to get them... Or to exceed a certain limit... Only institute criminalization if someone is physically harmed or dustrubed, property like cars, houses, yards are damaged or vandalized... And charged with drug abuse in those instances if the legal amount was exceeded or can be proven that it was exceeded. Drugs should be illegal for any person who is under the age of 25 years old, because their brain and judgement have not fully developed yet. After that... Legal to be purchased and used within certain limits, circumstances, and by not causing sexual, or physical harm to others. Laws about being under the influence of anything at the work place, or having a little high or buzz left over when the person enters the workplace should be more strict...or at least employers protected at making decisions about employment bécause someone is a drug user, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol while at work. But still... Decriminalizing drugs, and only criminalizing when harm is caused to someone else or their property when under the influence. Therapeutic psychadelics that are used to discover / resolve traumas, rather than recreation, should be legalized, taxed heavily on suppliers, buyers, and sellers, and should be allowed to be taken when a physician or Expert appointed lawfully is present in case of emergency, and until the effects have fully worn off before leaving their presence. I stand firm that no drugs given except for those iv within hospital or urgent care, even many prescription, should not be legal to be taken until that person's brain has fully developed (25 years of age). Make it illegal to sellers and suppliers to provide to anyone younger than that. If ends up in hand or use of a minor, the seller is identified and heavily fined, minors parents' heavily fined and minor has to do community service. If between minor and 25 years of age gets a hold of |
the Economy › Taxes
8>8 Personal answerReduce payroll tax Structure significantly... Invert who pays more with excise tax but do not increase it Decrease federal income tax at all levels or make state income tax at all levels illegal, or with state income tax price ceiling at no more than 3 percent of your income if it is more than 108,000 per year... And if it is not, not state income tax. If someone is in charge of paying child support, they do not get state income taxed. And educate all Americans on tax options and deductions and write offs that the wealthy are so very privy to. |
Immigration › Immigration
8>8 Personal answerYes but only after four year military service (they are not allowed to fight in physical combat... No one should lose their life just in attempts to become a citizen of a country), Or 2 years of college graduating (2 year technical degree also equivalent) + 5 years working in the US . (or 4 year degree and 3 years working in US) Or, if they are born on us soil. If they were under the age of 14 and they got adopted to a family of all US citizens who did not have their same race or ethnicity, and they attend at least one year of university and pass, and they take an exam about government, etc... Then they can apply after that one year of university and government / history /law exam. If over the age of 14 or older and they got adopted, former rules apply. |
Education › Free College for All
8>8 Personal answerDepends on where the funding comes from to make "free education possible". Someone will have to pay those costs, or the quality of professors / education may also diminish. It's win lose scénario... And I wish win win would be possible. I have friends over seas who even got their masters degree at no cost to them. But the pay they recieve is pennies compared to what they could recieve in the US. I do wish it was free, but, i know someone else would be paying for it in taxes or otherwise. I do think interest rates for student loans should be zero for the first ten years after graduation, and that cycle of zero interest rate reset with each degree they obtain. However, after ten years and no other degree achieved, interest rates can jump to 5 percent or more. |
Education › Student Loans
8>8 Personal answerNo |
Elections › Mail In Ballot
8>8 Personal answerYes, but only during national emergencies |
Social › Government Mandates
8>8 Personal answerYes, unless that Dr says it is against his beliefs. Chances are, most doctors understand and are okay giving contraceptives to a non married minor. So it's not like that person won't have a dr to go to. Dr's should have a right to act according to what they believe is right. Until pornography is abolished or fined / taxed at an insane amount, and no ads can play on por graphic websites... in all forms in the US... Until that time, the US government should fund the contraceptives, under the thought that I described above....and provide that service through clinics, hospitals, or physicians who are okay with that... Not against the physician's will. |
Immigration › Illegal Immigrant Detainment
8>8 Personal answerIf they did not harm anyone or property... They should not be deported right away. After first offense, they should be required to go to class to learn the laws and provide them with solution to problems, like conflict resolution or what to do when they find themselves with no money or no food. Educate and empower them. If they do it again for the same crime, deport. If they are charged with a different non violent crime, or non breaking and entering or take crime, have them take the class one more time, and tell them that any law they break after this (except for minor traffic violation where no one gets hurt) they instantly get déported and blacklisted. Crimes involving breaking and entering, sexual or physical harm need to be tried fairly, with equal determining if guilty or innocent (of they needed to genuinely defend themselves for instance and they're attacker was harmed in the process)... They need that fair trial by jury first. If determined guilty by a jury in which half of the jury members are the same race as the accused, and members of that same race have different political beliefs and affiliations... Then instantly deported. Both same race and non same race jury members should have varying soceo - economic status, education level, and political beliefs / affiliation so as to not get a biased and inhumaine, or unfair vote. |
Science › Mandatory Vaccinations
8>8 Personal answerNo |
Healthcare › Medicaid
8>8 Personal answerWhat they provide now for lower income is adequate. Do not raise that. But if they have genuine disability that prevents them from higher income or job, ever, or if they are elderly... Lower tax allocations that go to government officials and increase instead disabled and elderly. |
Immigration › Immigration Healthcare
8>8 Personal answerYes |
Immigration › Sanctuary Cities
8>8 Personal answerYes |
Elections › Campaign Finance
8>8 Personal answerNo, as long as all donations are public knowledge |
Elections › Voter Fraud
8>8 Personal answerYes |
the Economy › Corporate Tax
8>8 Personal answerLower. Companies are the reason most people have jobs. They take the risk enough as it is. Don't punish them for provoding households with economic opportunity. |
Immigration › Border Wall
8>8 Personal answerYes, but quicken the process of integration of South and Central American citizens into our economy, and have them pay higher taxes until they become legal us citizens (unless they came to the states out of necessity like abuse or danger). The US should do more business, or even put factories in Mexico and South America if they want cheaper labor and production costs... Not China, China allies,or anyone else allowed with or under the laws of communist parties with globalist efforts. |
Domestic Policy › Gun Liability
8>8 Personal answerNo |
Crime › Defunding the Police
8>8 Personal answerNo. It should be redirected to higher psychological and de-escalation training... And they should be allocating more money to give to college graduates who really want to make a difference in the system...a more appealing career option as a law enforcement/ public protection officer. Pay police officers way more for the crap they have to deal with, but have psychological testing, and social evaluations once per year to test for biases, prejudices, and power hungry motivés. Pay more attention to complaints of a specific officer and why those complaints were given, and provide rigourous psychical, psychological, persuasion, and descalation training at least 2 days per week, or 20 percent of the time. If someone is given the power, authority and tools to take away someone else's life, even in cases of protection (similar to the military)... That person needs to be paid more for high stress, and trained rigorously through out career to mitigate unnecessary human casualty and unnecessary criminalization... And not mistake criminality with psychoticism. Most officers don't know how to distinguish between the two and how to respond properly to it. Officer need to be paid more, but be kept on checks and balances from the top all the way down to see if prejudices, hatred, and biases are blooming, and recieve and require the highest level of psychological and deescalation training, especially when confronted with a weapon, or when they, themselves have à weapon, baton, taser, or spray. Not everything needs to be a casualty. And most officers say that the training they recieved is what kicked in on their decisions, anyway, during casualties. À partnership that represents the demographic of the patrolled presynct or neighborhood needs to be formed at all times. If the population is 100% caucasian, 2 white officers okay. If 95 caucasian and 5 percent Asian, one white and one Asian. If 15 percent white, 50 percent Hispanic, 30 percent indian or Arab, and 5 percent African American, then concentrate |
Elections › Right of Foreigners to Vote
8>8 Personal answerYes, anyone who pays taxes should have the right to vote |
Crime › Mandatory minimum prison sentences
8>8 Personal answerNo |
Domestic Policy › Affirmative Action
8>8 Personal answerRegardless, we should create more social programs to address poverty |
Education › Common Core
8>8 Personal answerYes, but provide additional funding and resources to under privileged communities whose students have trouble meeting those standards, especially due to one or both parents working, or if one or both parents are not college graduates, themselves. |
Immigration › In-State Tuition
8>8 Personal answerYes... But they will owe back any financial assistance or scholarship two times if they do not work in the United States for at least 5 years after graduating. They must pay back all of their debt within 15 years of working in US, or become a US citizen and have 20 years to pay off their debt, with the interest rate instantly lowered after they have become a US citizen. |
Healthcare › Obamacare
8>8 Personal answerNo, open the markets so insurers can compete across state lines and reduce costs |
Elections › Candidate Transparency
8>8 Personal answerIf they were a politician or held political office before... Yes. If not, they earned their money in the private sector and no one should be required to show those specific numbers of their main salary did not come from being a politician. However, if they should all have a tax audit for every year up until the date they are running to affirm they paid their taxes within laws and codes, just like other US citizens are required to. That part should be verified with a yes or no and announced to the public sphere. |
Elections › Electoral College
8>8 Personal answerYes, and switch to a representative democracy (popular vote) system |
Foreign Policy › Military Spending
8>8 Personal answerBudget situationally. |
Science › Nuclear Energy
8>8 Personal answerYes, temporarily while we increase investment into cleaner renewable alternatives |
Science › GMO Labels
8>8 Personal answerYes |
Education › Universal Pre-K
8>8 Personal answerNo |
Transportation › Public Transportation
8>8 Personal answerI don't see the deficit in areas of public transport. In large cities, most people walk to familiar spots or take the bus. I say if the income per person ratio is less than 400$ per week, per person over the age of 12, those people should be mailed public transportation ("train or bus" vouchers for free, per year, until their tax returns reflect differently. Children under the age of 13 should be able to ride free, regardless." If any money is going to subsidized transportation, pour transportation reform... It should be for the costs of electricity, and other petrol alternatives to either be subsidized, reduced, or given a huge tax break by those who charge their cars at home, or provide such alternative fuel methods at their place of commerce like charging stations, etc. Both investors, and the person who pays the bill for that alternative fuel resource to exist for the public, on their rented or owned land. Also... If people are trying to move out of a city and go to a place where there is a smaller cost of living, there should be a subsidy or tax break for that as well. This will help disperse such massive homeless pupulations within cities, making them more manageable, and build economies where it is less expensive to build them. Individuals who are registered as homeless with no vehicles, and no driver's licenses, should be given a buss pass to travel to any state/ city that does not already have a massive homeless population, twice per year... Pre-printed in their name... Can be picked up (printed on special paper) at any usps location... But must be used within 7 days of print. |
Education › Charter Schools
8>8 Personal answerAs long as university schools do not show favoratism toward charter school graduates. If they do, it will continue the trend of those who grew up in higher earning households getting accepted into great universities over other non charter school applicants with equal merit. Upon equal merit? Sure. Upon charter school graduation or advantages, absolutely not. |
Crime › Criminal Voting Rights
8>8 Personal answerYes, except for felons convicted of murder or violent crimes |
National Security › Military Congressional Approval
8>8 Personal answerCircumstancial. Going after one terrorist who killed thousands of people doesn't need the litigation latters and hoops. But launching war upon entire communities in which terrorist members happen to reside, but the majority of the community are not terrorist or jihadist members or advocates... That needs much more careful planning and highest level of assessment. |
Foreign Policy › Terrorism
8>8 Personal answerConditional rights to me are human rights. However, I do not see the need for their hearings to be on homeland soil. Military or embassy can trial. No torture. Try men surrounding suspected women and children, not just the woman or child. See where the root comes from. |
the Environment › Paris Climate Agreement
8>8 Personal answerNo |
National Security › Foreign Assassination
8>8 Personal answerNo, capture, interrogate, and imprison them instead |
Education › School Truancy
8>8 Personal answerYes. If a kid is not going to school, it is not because they are a criminal. It is because they lack guidance, support, direction. Some children feel that they don't have friends so they don't go. Some children have to go home and act as parent while both their parents are at work and the stress of school and homework is too much. Provide more flexible optons instead... Like study from home Programs, or early GED programs. Provide free to the student tutoring. Students should not be required to enter an institutional building in order to recieve an education. They should have the resources provided to them and option to study from home, or get extra tutoring if they wish. Provide a survey to those who are truent more, and find out why? Are they caring for younger Siblings? Do they have chronic depression?. Do their friends not value education? Do they want to value education but feel they do not fit in with others who value education? Do they live just close enough to not be offered a bus ride, but just far enough where it is truly difficult to even get to school? Do they want to go to school but have anxiety about the quality of food they eat VS their peers? Do they want to go to school, but feel anxious about time between classes or lunch where most people have friends to sit with? Do they want to go to school, but their family couldn't afford new uniforms this year? Do they want to go to school, but their family didn't have the budget to buy them new clothes or shoes like their peers had the opportunity to recieve? Do they want to go to school, but their family really needs help so they work, or work late, effecting their sleep, instead? Do they want to go to school, but only have friends in one of their classes? Do they trust and confide in people at school? Do peers trust and confide in them? Do they have talents or interests like music, art, math, athletics that they could really feel included in, but their parents can't afford to get them into, and they are already behind in academic |
