8>8 Personal answerThe system we have now where we classify guns into three categories: non-restricted, restricted, and prohibited works! Mass shootings in this country are committed by not only mentally ill people, but also people who acquire their firearms illegally. We should increase the penalties not only for violent gun crimes but also for acquiring guns illegally, as well to those who sell them illegally. |

8>8 Personal answerTaxes should be lowered across the board. Abolish income tax, this will allow everyone to take home more money at the end of the day. This means an opportunity to have more disposable income so people will in turn out more money into the economy. |

Education › Student Loans
8>8 Personal answerDecrease taxes across the board, including income taxe. Allow people to take home more of the money they work hard for. This will allow them to potentially spend more money, ingesting it into the economy or they use to pay their bills. |

Domestic Policy › Gun Liability

Crime › Defunding the Police
8>8 Personal answerNo. Not right now. The idea of defunding the police, although a trendy idea of now, should be a part of a much larger plan to combat crime. First we need to see investment in social service initiatives as well as other initiatives to see if these services show any benefit. We can intertwine police with these organizations giving them more options when dealing with criminals, especially repeat offenders, or people dealing with mental health issues. The police are there as a last line of defence of force is the only option. Defunding the police could potentially destroy morale on police forces, meaning more cops (especially the good ones) leaving the force. If good cops leave you’re only left with the bad ones, who will contribute to the negative policing we’re witnessing in the media. |

Super powers should not be able to decide the worlds destiny. As well peace keepers should given to countries that want peace and Canada should only contribute our forces if this is the case. |
