Why wouldn't it? Abortion is the intentional killing of an unborn child. Killing children is generally considered illegal in any other context. Killing anybody is considered illegal by our government in the vast majority of contexts. Why in the world would abortion be different? Because the child is inside the womb? Why does the child's location and current stage of life dictate whether or not it's okay to end the child's life?
