How would you expect public trust to shift if the government provided all-news broadcasting?
@9L4TPZF2mos2MO
Most people already have their bias, they would only tune in when it was broadcasting a station they preferred

The federal government should not be allowed to dictate to us what is news and isn't. As we have seen in the last election, the federal government used their authority to censor news that could have potentially been harmful to a candidate. Also, the federal government already has several means of providing the American people, and in larger aspects the world, with public news. With such things as: C-span, NPR, Free Europe, and others. Many of these radios and tv networks fall into the heavy left leaning views, stifling the voices of conservatives. C-Span is the only non-bias news site, that is not watched or loved by anyone. People want bias news, if they didn't it wouldn't exist today. The federal government should withdraw all money from news sites, outside of C-Span, and let private industries and citizens dictate what is news.
