In which area do you believe your generation can make the biggest impact by working with others who have different views?

I think we just have to understand that we are different and treat someone as a person, not a political party. I know of people who aren't willing to hire a liberal because they assume that they are going to be more entitled. It's also been obvious that some companies (*cough cough* Disney) are hiring actors and others just because of the color of their skin or their Sex and Gender. Is that not racism?
