How confident are you that the government could effectively manage and reduce poverty through economic planning?

I feel they have no interest in doing such. It has been proven that the government doesn't care for reducing poverty. Just look at what happend in San Francisco before the world leader meeting.

I don't think that it can reduce poverty, especially now as the population increases.
