In your opinion, should comfort and personal preference play a role in whether people without homes can use public spaces for encampment?

It absolutely should be provided. Homeless people are people too, and should be treated as such. This means they are provided food, water, a safe space, a bed, clothes, etc. More money should be put into helping the homeless
