We see so many mass shootings where guns are used violently and more guns isn’t the solution. Just remove the guns from the situation and we won’t have to deal with the problem anymore. Australia got rid of guns in the 90s and haven’t had a mass shooting since.
I think the people behind the guns are the problem, I'm sure the mass shootings went down in Australia, but do we know if other violent crimes increased because guns were banned? For example, were there more stabbings, poisonings, or stranglings? Of course, taking away guns would stop mass shootings unless people got them from out of the country, but then we are taking away one of our main personal defenses.

I agree I think the whole "gun violence in schools? just give the teachers the right to carry one too!" idea/argument is wild and is basically fighting fire with fire not to mention opens up a whole new wave of possible problems nd dangerous accidents, just remove guns entirely.
