No, only for those diagnosed with specific, severe psychological conditions, & work should be done to educate the public about gun responsibility. I would also support closing the gun show loophole in circumstances where both the buyers and sellers are 18, along with red flag laws (provided the terms are clearly defined), regulating or eliminating bump stocks (while they wouldn't make a huge difference for a well-trained marksman, they would greatly increase potential damage for someone less skilled) or, potentially, raising the minimum age to 21.
