I think fewer because certain programs don't take into account that the income you might be getting can be all going to rent, food, gas, and other bills, and by the end of those bills your left with nothing. so i think they should really look at where people's money is going at the end of the month and not just deny them because they make "more" than what's required to qualify for assistance. when in reality all the money is towards bills and food.
