Should homeless individuals, that have refused available shelter or housing, be allowed to sleep or…
If someone has a valid, rational grievance against a person in a public space and that person just so happens to be homeless, then, that valid, rational grievance absolutely should be addressed. Otherwise it's not fair. I simply want fairness. The legality of it seems sketchy to me. If it's a public space, then sure, I think people in general should be allowed to enjoy it. If other free patrons cannot enjoy the space because someone who is homeless in currently "living" there, then that is not fair and they should move. It's respect. Don't be a victim but dont be a jerk. It was hard to answer this any other way because "sleep" and "encamp" are such different things when it comes to this issue.
