I don’t believe it should be an arrest-able offense first time. If the property owner calls then law enforcement should tell the person not to return if they continually trespass then they should be arrested. If they are arrested the person should not be forced to pay court costs or have their license suspended because this would make it harder on the person to renter society. We should also continue to try to integrate those members into society and not just throw them away. No person is not valuable.
