do you really think someone thats going in to buy a firearm is gonna out right admit they have a mental illness? its useless and they already have criminal background checks done. and everything you mentioned will not help gun violence. because if someone really wants a gun, they're gonna get one. it is common sense. guns are not scary once learn about them.
