Yes, because it will partially will help with Americas homelessness and studies show that it modestly improves employment and people's financial and mental well-being; however, I think it should be adjusted to people's income level and should be enough for basics like livable housing, the most basic of utilities, fare for public transportation, and couple days worth of food. I also think these payments should be once a month to cover rent and such.
