I mean I definitely would say eliminate loop holes so you automatically gain more tax revenue and make sure people make their own fair gains. Donations to charity shouldn't permit tax exemptions. I would say however that greater taxation on the rich might not end with as much received tax money as some would think though and that we should set our goal firstly on making them pay what they should pay, no loopholes. Frankly a much better thing is to shuffle around government spending as it is.
