The Common Core testing does not test a student's intelligence but only their ability to memorize and is geared toward a privileged group, thus giving a disadvantage to minority groups. In order to keep these standards the way in which we measure a students success with the Common Core must be reformed to reflect actual learning and mastery of certain skills rather than memorization.
