No, the majority of gang related gun violence is fueled by the illegal sale of firearms on the black market, a significant majority being handguns. That is why gun restrictions do little to stop or prevent gun violence. Blaming the manufacturer of firearms when the way weapons trickle down to gangs is impossible to control, especially for gun manufacturers.
