Discrimination does not need to be categorized into gender, sex, race creed, etc. Discrimination is discrimination, period. If a law should be made against discrimination, make it against the act of discrimination, not discrimination-based-on-whatever-characteristic-is-being-discriminated-against. What if next year I decide that fountain pen users deserve special consideration, and ballpoint users can be treated worse? We don't need MORE laws. We need BETTER laws.
