“Allow temporary registration if they submit to background checks, learn English, have no criminal record and put on witing list for citizenship (temporary work visa). If they do not register, they must be deported. Require State Issued ID for all medical services and voting to make sure illegal immigrants do not utilize social services. Temporary workers pay taxes, but not unemployment or social security taxes. They can receive social security after working for 35 years and being a full US citizen for 35 years.”
