“Businesses a already have the right to deny service to anyone they please, as long as it is not based on the customer's race, religion, nationality, etc. That is not to say that businesses who deny services to someone does not face social consequences, but that is a decision the business owner has to make. I would personally boycott a business that turns away a customer based on sexuality, but since sexuality is not one of the protected classes (yet), the business owner has that right.”
