“One way to reduce government spending is to tighten controls on not-for-profit groups and foundations. It is usually enough that they do not have to pay taxes. Our government should RARELY award grants and incentives in addition to other considerations. There are too many overlappiong agencies that just refer users back and forth to each other.”
