“No, BUT Congressional pay, benefits and pensions should be rated based on the effectiveness and completion of each year of service by ALL members of both the Senate and the House of representatives. Also, ALL federal employees; especially Congress MUST participate in the Social Security, Medicare, and if necessary the Medicaid programs. No more "special" benefits for the Congress or The Senate.”
