“No legislator should be allowed to run for more than 2 consecutive terms. All perks such as medical insurance, office, travel, meetings, etc., should be limited to the time he occupies the office. Limitations on expenses for entertaining, travel, etc., should be adhered to and should not be overly generous. There should be no exceptions to the limits. A reasonable housing allowance could be alloted for the time spent in Washington. Life insurance should not be included. Our legislators are there to serve the public, and not to live a life of luxury at our expense.”
