“I can understand the need for the use of drones being used over other countries for unlimited intelligence purposes, but we should restrict or limit our use of drones for killing terrorists to some degree. We should alert other nations of our intended use of drones within their country's borders, but not give them specific targetting information. We should just advise them that they have terrorist operations going on within their borders and tell them they must eleminate them or we will.”
