President Biden has asserted executive privilege over the audio of his two-day interview with the special counsel investigating his handling of classified documents, the Justice Department told Congress Thursday, as Republicans threatened to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt for refusing to relinquish the recordings.
The House Judiciary and Oversight committees on Thursday are considering whether to hold Garland in contempt after he rejected their subpoenas for the recordings. The Justice Department has released transcripts but not the audio of Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur, who concluded the president mishandled classified material but found no criminal charges were warranted.

He's worried! Because the interview showed that he is incompetent. And he's very incompetent. He doesn't run the country. And we're going to see that in the next month. Biden you're going to lose
Sounds like Obama. He exerted executive privilege over Fast & Furious documents held be Eric Holder.

Yet, Trump was not afforded executive privilege.

Of course Biden sites at executive privilege. Because Joe Biden is a crook , He’s also a stupid crook. In fact, he’s the most corrupt president in the history of the United States of America
Robert Hur decided not to indict Joe Biden because Hur felt he was a likable old man but still broke the law
They have released the transcripts: releasing the audio would not damage future investigations but the tone and timber of Biden's voice as he answers would be more devastating than the written word.
