It seems like a pretty clear case of the government stepping in where it really doesn't belong, limiting free market competition and innovation in the process. The whole point of libertarianism is that consumers should have the freedom to choose, and producers the freedom to innovate. By banning lab-grown meat, Florida's just cutting off a potentially revolutionary and more sustainable way of producing food. It's ironic, really, considering the ban is supposedly about protecting consumer choice and local agriculture. Instead, it's just another example of unnecessary government interference that stifles progress and innovation.
