Yes I do. Cities everywhere need to be identifiable besides the "I have a large skyscraper" identity most cities have, go for something more artistic.

Yes, because it shows that that place uses something other than carbon to provide energy to their country.

It definitely relates to their history and possibly what the city is about

if its a important landmark of that place than it def plays a role in the cities identity and culture

I think the physical features of land marks do not play a vital role but are still important to this country
