I get confused because I don’t understand what they’re saying, but it doesn’t matter, I don’t get angry at them or anything like that.

While many Americans aren't fluent in many languages, this is acceptable for a primarily English speaking country. However, there is no reason to discriminate against those from other cultures. It's unconstitutional to see them as unwelcome to America based on their nationality or heritage.
