I would feel scared and uncomfortable that the teacher might use it as a was to keep us in check.

I wouldn't feel safe because you never know the teacher's backstory and if one thing sets them off it can be used against the children.

I would feel safe knowing we are protected in the case of a shooter, as long as I know they are trained

I’d feel safer, because if a teacher had a weapon in a school shooting then they could protect the students better

i would feel safe because I know for a fact a teacher wont just pull a gun on us. they worked hard to get their jobs just to what, killing kids?
