Your rights stop when they impact my rights to go about my day and not be restricted from free travel. This is a civil rights violation, since I'm being illegally detained. It should be treated as such!
Don't you have to have a permit to protest? And I believe during the permit process you have to have a location and or route if it's a March. If they are outside of the permit process and or outside of the permitted location or route then they are subject to arrest
