Former Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz says Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg’s case against former President Donald Trump is the “weakest” case he’s seen in 60 years.

“I’ve been doing this for 60 years, Sean. Teaching criminal cases, defending criminal cases, writing about criminal cases — this is, by far, the weakest criminal case I have ever seen in my 60 years. There is nothing here. There is no misdemeanor, there is no felony, there is no federal crime. The feds refused to prosecute — even Bragg refused to prosecute until some of his young progressive woke prosecutors demanded that he prosecute,” Dershowitz stated.

Actually, this goes MUCH further back than that. It and the civil investigation were WHY January 6 happened as Trump was DESPERATE to remain President so he could squash such investigations, using if necessary illegal means.

Fact check: Bragg is prosecuting Trump for non-crimes. This is a terrible assault on the rule of law that will go down in infamy.

Trump used money he stole from children dying of cancer to pay off hookers and then falsified records so he didn't have to pay taxes on the stolen money.
