Yes, everyone who enters at a port of entry should show identification, be finger printed, pass medical examination, and a background check interview. If a someone is requesting a temporary visa, their date of leaving the country should be noted. If they overstay, $1000 fine for every day + 60 days of jail for every 30 days overstayed (increase ICE presence in each CSA to enforce). Anyone who enters without going through a Port of Entry should be arrested (Increase Border Patrol and Coast Guard presence along borders, airports, and ports)
