No, because that's taking away the first amendment

Canada doesn't have the first amendment. But it is taking away our God-given right to Liberty.

With Canada’s laws like this, I agree strongly, they’re getting crazy sometimes.

You mean you actually agree that we should have the right to say what we want?! You've got a little bit of a pulse.

Believe it or not, I’m not an anti-liberty tankie, my focuses just remain more on freedom FROM certain things, rather than freedom to DO certain things. We call freedom FROM a “negative freedom”, and a freedom TO a “positive freedom”. My heavier focus is on the freedom FROM, alongside the freedom TO for things ljke material assurances in life, since I believe in a life built upon the principle of destroying as many negative aspects of life as possible. Canada doesn’t do that, it attacks the positive freedoms in the wrong way, assuming that it’s somehow helping the negative ones when all it creates is discourse and further negative reaction that drastically outweighs the most minute impact it may possess.

No, Freedom of speech is one of the first rights mentioned in the Constitution, and people should not be punished for their opinions or wording.
