Why might ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to own a home contribute to a more stable society?

People worry more about their home and ensuring their community is taken care of properly.

HOA (home and owner association) always want to make their neighborhoods clean and tidy and if they dont like what they see from a house they report and give that owner a warning, a fine or something to annoy the house owner

If they did not have to worry about housing or basic human needs, then they could be more willing to start a business that might fail, promoting innovation.

I think that everyone should deserve a home so they can better themselves and have a opportunity to get a job and get money to provide for themselves/family
