when I was in school a teacher tought me that barrak obama was the best canidiate hadns down. I wish I knew more about politics at the time becuse this realy confused me when I was a kid. my parents didnt support obama but my teacher did making me distrustfull of teachers

I can't say for myself, but I'd think it would been useful during a like the Vietnam War.

Having easy access to information helps me understand a topic better and allows me to know what decision I would like to make.
