The balance might greatly affect me in a certain manner. If I do more screen time than other activities, I might not be able to do anything to help my community. If it’s the other way around, I could be willing to help my community for the greater good.

you can use it to inform others and communicate with others, finding jobs, and see what is going on. making sure you take time alone and off your screen gives you better brain health and lets you breathe and relax.
