yes, but they probably still won't be heard as often if it is unpopular, which isn't unfair that is just natural.

opinions are a part of peoples right to speech, if they cant do that then that goes against the first amendment

because these individuals have the same right as anyone else to say what they want even if some dont agree.

Yes. Everyone's voice should be heard, even if others disagree with them.
