Do you think eliminating grades and levels in school would help or hurt your motivation to learn?

Honestly I think that we need a teacher children how to get ready for the real world too many schools district are focused on non important subject like controlling every movement they make every movement of their eyeballs and body reaction instead of teaching them that academics and how the properly live on their own
