Because if they are disrespected in their field of work or was treated unfair in their field of work they have rights to back them up.

Incase they are treated horribly so that they have a right to have guranteed rights

Honestly I think if they do a really good job and they have done nothing wrong and fold all the rules and regulations of their employment why should they get fired. Nowadays I see people that hardly do anything keep their job and all the hard workers either quit or get fired for stupidity of the employer
