Why do you think it's important for workers to have certain protections and rights on the job?

Incase they are treated horribly so that they have a right to have guranteed rights

Honestly I think if they do a really good job and they have done nothing wrong and fold all the rules and regulations of their employment why should they get fired. Nowadays I see people that hardly do anything keep their job and all the hard workers either quit or get fired for stupidity of the employer

It's important because in case of any emergency happens they have the right for protections.
