No. Although there can be reasonable overlap between a country's laws and some religious principles of morality, no country should enforce all religious principles and mandates as laws when if don't protect individual rights.

It should use religion to establish what is moral and what is not and base its laws on that, however a religion and a state government should remain completely separate.
