Should employers be required to pay men and women the same salary for the same job?
No, the government should never determine what a private business should pay employees
If someone can do the job just as well as another person there is no reason their payments should be any less or anymore then the other persons.

I agree strongly, there is no excuse for two people who do the same job at the same level to make unequal pay.
