A woman should be allowed to decide if they want a child or not because every person has a reason to why they have or not have an abortion you don’t want to put that child at risk because they weren’t fit to be a mother it’s that child’s life we have to worry about it’s their future .

 @9FZBXQR from Washington agreed…7mos7MO

If the female gets raped depending on their behaviour if they had to much to drink, I think they have a right to have an abortion if they are not ready to be a parent at least 23 years of age.

 @9FZDD3R from Tennessee agreed…7mos7MO

I disagree with this statement because either way the child inside of the women had no choice or option of what his or her parents did.

 @9G3T8W3 from Texas agreed…7mos7MO

If someone is required to kill their unborn baby for health reasons, that is not an abortion; that is a mandatory medical procedure. The main candidates for abortion are not rape victims. The main candidates for abortion are women who refuse to take responsibility for having unprotected sex. There is no reason to kill an unborn child at all, let alone for the fact that a woman simply chose to have sex.

Then that child will likely grow up to have a terrible life not being properly cared for. There isn't a guarantee they'll be adopted into a good family or at all, especially when discrimination is still allowed for adoption centers.

 @LovesickFoxSocialist from Virginia disagreed…7mos7MO

While it's true that adoption isn't a guaranteed solution, it's important to note that there are many organizations working hard to improve the adoption process and ensure that every child gets a loving home. For example, the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption focuses on finding homes for children in foster care, and has found homes for thousands of children since its establishment. How do you propose we can further improve the adoption system to ensure every child grows up in a loving, caring environment?

While, yes, it is the person's fault that they were irresponsible while under the influence, they might not be financially stable

 @9G6F6L2 from Virginia disagreed…7mos7MO

I definitely agree, also alcohol obstructs your cognitive ability and best judgment so we wouldn't know if she really even wanted to conceive a child with anyone in the first place. secondly, she was raped so she had no control over the content of the sexual behavior going on, she also could die if she goes through with the birth. I feel she should have the right to choose if she wants to live for herself or have the babies and die.

I feel like the person knows if they was having sexual intercourse with multiple people without protection they should learn a lesson but also be able to have an abortion but at the same time so I'm not too sure how I would come at this question but also that person should learn a lesson and be like if they do this again we will not help them because they knew what they were doing when they was opening them legs you have multiple things to keep you safe from having a child if you really didn't want a kid should've took precautions

 @9G2M7LLdisagreed…7mos7MO

I disagree, I think it is fully the women choice if she wants a abortion or not. She did not put the unborn life in her and shouldn't be forced to have it if she's not ready for stable enough for one. The ''life'' is not even life yet since it has not yet to be born so getting a abortion doesn't take anyone or anything's life.

 @9G2LBNDDemocrat from Idaho disagreed…7mos7MO

I believe that no matter the circumstance, a woman has the right to her own body and to choose if she would like to have a baby or an abortion.

 @9G2L3N9disagreed…7mos7MO

this shouldnt matter everyone should have a choice and being drunk means they werent of sound mind and they shouldnt have to have a baby

 @9G2DWKG from Nebraska disagreed…7mos7MO

I think everyone should have the choice of having kids or not. It shouldn’t be a punishment just because they decided to get drunk. If you make that person have a kid that child is going to grow up with a not so good childhood. It should be a choice if you want to have kids or not, not the consequences of your actions.

 @9G2CKXQ from Maryland disagreed…7mos7MO

That a human being's life can be completely changed by another human, and so one human being more valued than another isn't true.

 @9G2BRMZDemocrat  from Georgia disagreed…7mos7MO

Bad choices in my life do not give you the right to control what I do with my body. If the baby was BORN, then that's a different story, but it's not... it's still a fetus. The fetus doesn't even have legs yet let alone rights. The literal definition of a baby is, "a very young child, especially one newly or recently BORN." Not born= no rights
My body= none of your d*** buisiness.

 @9FZT99T from Georgia disagreed…7mos7MO

Why do the conditions of conception matter? Any reason for not wanting to have a child is enough reason to terminate a pregnancy because a parent who does not want a child is the start of neglect and trauma for that child. Is that what you want?

 @9FZDJVVPeace and Freedom from California disagreed…7mos7MO

If a women isn't financially or mentally stable enough to take care of herself then it would be best for her not to have the child. A child needs to be taken care of not only financially but also parents need to care and support their children, women should have kids when ready not because they were forced.

 @9FZD9JP from California disagreed…7mos7MO

If someone is having one-night stands, then they clearly do not have their life set straight, and it would be plain selfish to bring a child into this world with a parent who is incapable of properly caring for them, along with lacking a secondary parent due to the nature of one-night stands. If they feel like having a child, then let them, but let them have a choice to have the baby.

 @9FZD5N8Democrat from Washington disagreed…7mos7MO

every single women who can have a child, should at all times have complete control over their bodies. if you aren't the one pregnant, then why should you have a say on what someone does with their own body?

 @9FZD282 from Virginia disagreed…7mos7MO

I think if abortion is your choice of contraception you should be arrested otherwise there is no reason to regulate it AT ALL.

 @9FZCZF8 from Virginia disagreed…7mos7MO

No, because at the end of the day they have the right to make a choice about their body no matter what. Just because they make questionable decisions doesn't mean they have what it takes to raise a whole human being.

 @9FZCYHNWomen’s Equality from California disagreed…7mos7MO

If you’re drunk you can’t consent, this ain’t to say that all of the 20 one night stands were potential rape or Sexual assault because the other 20 people could have been drunk as well, which just means all parties never consented or one was taken advantage of which is whoever is the one drunk.

 @9FZC9NC from California disagreed…7mos7MO

If the person made the choice while drunk then they weren't in the right state of mind, he or she doesn't have to be forced to live with their mistake and when someone doesn't want to be a parent, then that means they wont be a good one. Forcing someone to be a parent is going to lead to a high chance of the child being abused and or neglected.

 @9FZC44M from California disagreed…7mos7MO

everone shulf have full boty anominaty its not about right or wrong. for instance if a mom only feedes there kids junk food and the kid gets a dessis and will die without a transplant the gov cant force the mom to give the transplant. but in a situation like that cps should be called. but when it comes to abortion its rally just the right to your own body there nothing stopin me from cuting my finger off why not this.

 @9FZBWK9 from California disagreed…7mos7MO

Why does it matter how they got pregnant? At the end of the day, they got pregnant in both situations. Every single woman should have the right to a choice of giving birth.

 @9FZBPHH from California disagreed…7mos7MO

No one should be forced to give birth to a child no matter the reason. Its simply inhumane to force that onto someone.

 @9FZBMB8Democrat from California disagreed…7mos7MO

Well for starters you were under the influence and weren't sober enough to think rationally, people make mistakes and regardless of being sober or not. There should always be a 2nd chance especially for something like this were it can really ruin someones life.

 @9G3YLXW from Washington disagreed…7mos7MO

If the person was raped or will die then you have a choice, but if you willingly had intimacy without protection multiple times then no

 @9G3WTLZ from Washington disagreed…7mos7MO

Some people aren't able to financially support a family and at times barely able to support themselves they should have the option.

 @9G3S5GW  from Connecticut disagreed…7mos7MO

No matter what happens to a woman, her body is her body and the law should not dictate what she can or cannot do with it, therefore a woman should be able to get an abortion for either of those things.

 @9G2TQ4L from New York disagreed…7mos7MO

i agree because if you having unprotected sex thats on you but if you do not consent then you should have the option to
