The Democrat party is drenched with racism. The democrat party supported slavery, racism, the KKK. Not every slaveowner was a democrat but basically all democrats were slaveowners. So, the dems defense of slavery is EXACTLY like their defense of abortion. Nothing's changed. GOP always had the moral high ground, always will.

The Democratic Party and Republican Party had a switch of values, mdodern day democrats would likely align more with older time republicans, and vice versa. The Democratic Party did not specifically CREATE the KKK, and according to todays standards, the KKK would align most strongly with the Republican Party. Republican institutions like Prager U are the ones openly devaluing the actual issue of slavery, and Ron DeSantis is the guy that signed bills to change Florida curriculum to add the benefits of slavery. Ron is also a guy you seem to support, so what does that say about the Republican Party and its views? Please, I could keep going on.
