"Yes, but only after completing their sentences and parole/ probation", however those who cannot be trusted in society ever should never be allowed out of prison and should never be able to vote. The sort of people I'm referring to are those that have committed crimes like rape/child sex abuse, extreme assault, and unjustifiable murder/attempted murder(a normal person would not be tempted to commit murder under the same circumstances). The only exception to this would be if the persons guilt was mitigated due to mental illness but they should be sent to a residential mental health facility and only be released once it's determined that what caused the crime to occur no longer exists.
