Critical Race Theory is a collegiate-level legal theory meant to inform future legal experts and lawyers of the observations and advice of Derrick Bell in the early 1970s. Even the implication that it is taught in K-12 schools is a Republican talking point that was fabricated during a fox news interview with a Republican party strategist in late 2020 for no other reason than to have something to talk about and get people incensed over.
