So long as landowners are fairly compensated and the projects will benefit the community; and as long as there are public hearings with proper notice, and the community has the opportunity to reject the project by a super majority vote. No taking by secret vote or transaction. And no government office holder can vote if they or any relatives by blood or marriage will profit from the transaction, to a third cousin, or a relative of an in-law.
